How it worksWe collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself
Collecting from a rental or a managed house?
Rugs are regularly collected through a property manager, a housekeeping company or a lockbox, and returned to fit a booking calendar rather than an owner’s diary. Say so in the form, tell us who holds access and when the changeover day is, and we will work to it. Condition is photographed at collection either way.
How the wash worksDowntown access, piazzas and gates
Getting a nine-by-twelve down a piazza, through a garden gate and onto a street with no parking is a normal part of the job here, not an obstacle. Tell us the address and anything awkward about it — a narrow stair, a locked gate, a permit zone — and it gets planned rather than discovered.
See service areasRug soaked by a leak, a storm or a wet floor?
Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
